Hello all,
This is an announcement to let all users know that one of our storage providers is no longer serving us and as a result there is a loss of content on both Emby and Plex services.
We have a backup storage server that is in operation. Users may request as normal through Overseerr to add content that they want to watch that may now be missing.
If you would still prefer, you may open a ticket to request a refund and a pro-rated refund will be arranged.
